Andree Griggs
With a background in healthcare and nursing, Andree transitioned into interior design over two decades ago. Alongside her family, she founded The Velvet Shoestring, an upscale consignment home furnishings store in Williamsburg, Virginia. The Velvet Shoestring quickly became an iconic destination for design enthusiasts, and Andree’s sister Jackie expanded the vision by opening a second successful location in Wayne, Pennsylvania.
Over the years, Andree has developed a reputation for transforming spaces with sophistication and style. Andree has worked on residences in Williamsburg, Gloucester, Charlottesville, Richmond, San Diego, Austin, Philadelphia, and Sanibel Island.
Andree’s style seamlessly merges classic elements with fresh modern touches to create interiors that are both timeless and versatile.
